Bellingham, WA Pre-Foreclosures

Bellingham, wa pre-foreclosure

Currently there are about 30 Bellingham, Wa pre-foreclosures  listed on the NWMLS.  There are around 20 that are not listed.  Compared to the rest of the country that's miniscule, which is a sign that Bellingham, Wa is holding it's value and is more stable than many other areas.  Having said that, these pre-foreclosures WILL have an impact on the future market value of homes in the area.
